Common questions
What does "founding member" mean?
Founding members lock the ₹10,000/year price for life — even if Expert pricing rises later. Limited to 100 seats. Once filled, Expert moves to ₹12,000/year for new subscribers.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and we pro-rate. Downgrade at renewal — we don't auto-charge mid-cycle.
Do you offer a refund if a recipe doesn't fit?
14-day no-questions refund on Intermediate and Expert. After that, we'll work with you to swap a recipe or apply credit toward DFY install.
Is there a team or company plan?
Not yet — Expert is a single-operator seat. If you need a team plan, email us. We'll likely add one in 2026.
